Brian
Quinlan, CA, CFP, TEP
Brian concentrates on the needs of entrepreneurs - from the
struggling artist to the medium sized business. His role is
that of a part-time VP Finance serving organizations and individuals
in a proactive manner. Brian operates in a supportive role
to maximize cash by minimizing tax.
Brian has over 20 years of experience in public accounting.
He often speaks at financial planning seminars and serves
as a contributing editor at Canadian MoneySaver Magazine.
He has instructed tax courses for the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Ontario and Ryerson University. Brian is an
author of Taxes for Canadians for Dummies.
Ann
Donohue, CA
Ann provides business, accounting and tax advice to a variety
of owner-managed businesses. Her skills range from advising
on the "start-ups" of businesses, to recommendations on managing
growth and planning business exit strategies.
Ann
also serves the needs of many investment holding companies,
charities and other non-for-profit organizations. Her focus
is day-to-day as well as working to meet the future objectives
of all stakeholders.
Ryan Knight, CA
Since joining the firm in 2002, Ryan has acquired extensive experience in all areas of tax, accounting and assurance in both the not-for-profit and profit-oriented sectors. He works diligently with individuals and businesses to find solutions that are tailored specifically to their needs.
In 2010, Ryan completed the In-depth Tax Course with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, broadening his expertise in both personal and corporate tax, including such areas as trust and estate planning and corporate reorganizations. Ryan is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently working towards the completion of his Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation.
